How to make Shared Mobility Rock: Guide to the Shared Mobility Galaxy – PROMOTING SHARED MOBILITY

Having difficulty making sense of the complex world of shared mobility? You’re in luck! This year, we published a guide specifically for planners and municipal decision makers to make the galaxy of shared mobility bit easier to understand! The “Shared Mobility Rocks: A Planner’s Guide to the Shared Mobility Galaxy”. This event is part of the webinar series for the book.
  • 21. January 2022
    12:00 pm - 1:00 pm

In the book, we cover all the basics of shared mobility – from the different forms and definitions to the impacts and potentials of carsharing, ridesharing, bikesharing, Mobility as a Service, mobility hubs and more!

To accompany the publishing of the guide, we are offering a series of webinars on the fundamental topics addressed in the book.

In past webinars, we have discussed a broad range of shared mobility, its impact and various settings where shared modes can be integrated and are useful. But no measure can be successful without the right form of communication that speaks to its respective target groups. In this webinar, we’ll explore strategies for promoting shared mobility and creative ways for addressing the needs of different stakeholders and users.

A brief introduction to communication essentials will be given by Advier’s (NL) Friso Metz with practical examples by Jeffrey Matthijs from the Flemish NGO Autodelen.net (BE) and Rebecca Karbaumer from the City of Bremen in Germany.

The webinar will begin at 12:00 CET on January 21st, 2022.

Registration is already open.
